The Aalia dress in White Gauze is a classic handmade piece crafted from 100% cotton. This sleeveless design is made to be loose fitting and floaty, with two optional front ties at the bust decorated with golden bell chimes.

Material ~ 100% Cotton

Care ~ After washing, this garment will take on a beautiful cheesecloth effect. We recommend a gentle, cold water hand wash using natural detergents, and hang drying in the shade. Handcrafted garments are delicate, however, designed to last when treated mindfully with love and care.

It is beautiful

This is a beautiful dress. The weight of the fabric is about perfect. I mainly wear it around the house but you could certainly use it for most any activity. It is quite sheer, so I have a half slip that I add when wearing it outside my home. I have washed it twice on the delicate cycle and it still looks great. The gold bead detail on the front closure ties is very delicate. Also the front opening cuts quite deep but with the tie closure there is plenty of coverage in that area. I recommend purchasing. Be aware there is an international fee accessed on your credit card in addition to the cost of the item.

3rd dress in a different color

Love the quality of work and the comfort of my dress. I know own three, each in a different color. Be careful about washing those with color alone - fabric bleeds. Other than that - wonderful purchase, timely shipping, and good packaging. Thank you Daughters of India.
