With the softest silhouette and beautiful classic hue, our Kyra Midi Dress in Black has been crafted for comfortable, everyday wear. Capturing the very essence of femininity through its maternity and breast-feeding friendly design, Kyra features romantic billowing sleeves and an optional front tie to compliment its flowing style. A timeless and versatile shape in a staple colour to effortlessly dress up or relax in as elevated casual wear.

Material ~ 100% cotton double lined gauze. Depending on personal preference, some may find the material slightly sheer. If desired, a slip can be worn underneath for added coverage.

Care ~ After washing, this garment will take on a beautiful cheesecloth effect. We recommend a gentle, cold water hand wash using natural detergents, and hang drying in the shade. Handcrafted garments are delicate, however, designed to last when treated mindfully with love and care.

Resort Vibes

Lovely, light and flowy. Perfect for over bathers or a bag, hat and heels to head out to dinner. I personally love the resort vibes the dress has, especially for a tropical climate.

Love Love Love it

I already had the Kyra in Turmeric which I love. I was desperate for the Black but there were none left in small. I took the chance and bought it in Medium. It fits just fine. I dipped it in cold water and dripped it dry as I wanted the cheesecloth effect. I turned it inside out and lo and behold I found that it had pockets. Win win. Just for reference I am 5ft 5inch or 165cm and weigh around 50kg. I have broad shoulders and both the small and the medium hang beautifully. This is my 4th Daughters of India dress. They are all gorgeous!
