Handmade in India

Celebrating our slow fashion ethos, Nora is an ode to the art of handmade. Beginning with four wood blocks intricately hand-carved to create two traditional jaal and buti floral designs, skilled artisans then use the blocks to slowly and carefully hand print delicate pink hues upon the softest cotton voile. Tiers of printed fabric have then been gracefully layered and finished with mother-of-pearl buttons from bodice to base, forming this free flowing feminine style lovingly hand-crafted by a small group of women in Jaipur, India.

*Please note due to this style's production process taking several months to create, each Nora maxi dress is completely unique and one-of-a-kind and is only available in extremely limited quantities.*

Material ~ 100% Cotton. This style features an underlining, covering the bodice to the base of the second last tier on the maxi length skirt.

Garment Care ~ We recommend a gentle, cold water hand wash using natural detergents, and hang drying in the shade. Handcrafted garments are delicate, however, designed to last when treated mindfully with love and care.

Nora Maxi Dress Primrose

I LOVE this dress! I bought an XS & it fits perfectly. I am normally an S, wide in the hips, very much need an A line shape & I recommend sizing down in these dresses. The Nora is so flowy & comfortable with a very flattering cut & very pretty irl. Also bought the Kyra Maxi, just as gorgeous as the Nora but again, definitely recommend sizing down. Had to exchange sizes a couple of times & the process was seamless & the girls so lovely & easy to deal with Highly recommend x

So beautiful and feminine

Great experience, the dress arrived quickly and it is my favourite DOI dress so far. Such a pretty print and the detail is divine. I love the pearl buttons all the way down the front and the gathering falls slightly lower than the Kyra dresses and gives you a nice small waisted shape. The sleeves are so light and billowy and I love that it's lined. Love love! I've just ordered another 2 dresses so becoming quite addicted!

I think I have 10 or 11 pieces from DoI now and every one is a masterpiece. This dress is so, so, SO soft and flowy and feels elegant, weightless and just a dream. You can leave it loose, belt it, wear it to work or lazing in the sunshine. Just perfect!
