Handmade in India

Inspired by our slow fashion values for sustainability and zero-waste production, we have intentionally repurposed our leftover handloom fabrics from The Poet Series to craft this beautiful patchwork design. The maxi length dress reflects our much loved Zuri Wrap, a timeless staple in a free flowing feminine silhouette.

The Poet Patchwork Dress can be worn open for a relaxed look, or closed to create a stunning v-neckline with the self-tie closure at the waist. Perfectly framed with delicately puffed elastic sleeves and a tiered hemline, this style also includes pockets!

*Please note this style is an exclusively limited release that will not be reproduced*

Material ~ 100% Hand-loomed Cotton.

Garment Care ~ We recommend a gentle, cold water hand wash using natural detergents, and hang drying in the shade. Handcrafted garments are delicate, however, designed to last when treated mindfully with love and care.

Ethically handmade with love in India, the slow creation of the Poet Series fabrics serves to support local traditions and the preservation of the ancient artistry of handloom weaving.

The only of its kind

Our order of hand loomed fabric was distributed throughout an entire village in Southern India, roughly 100 homes worked on piecing the fabric for these garments together, providing employment and supporting the continuance of this tradition that holds an expected life-span of only 10-15 years. The Poet Series styles are destined to become vintage due to the rare exclusivity of hand-loomed fabrics in modern times.

They are truly an ode to slow fashion, watch the video below to learn more...
