Inspired by a vintage silhouette and crafted with handloom fabric ~ a rare and exclusive sustainably handmade textile in modern times. This flowing oversized maxi length design features sparkling gold lurex and white detailing on a deep sapphire blue base, classic poet-style collar and optional tie, romantic billowy sleeves finished with soft elasticated cuffs, thigh high split on both sides and pockets at the hip.

Material ~ 100% Handloom Cotton.

The Poet Maxi is designed to be an oversized fit. If you prefer a more fitted style we recommend sizing down.

Garment Care ~ We recommend a gentle, cold water hand wash using natural detergents, and hang drying in the shade. Handcrafted garments are delicate, however, designed to last when treated mindfully with love and care.

SO GORGEOUS!!!

I couldn't decide between this one and the red plaid - so I followed advice my sister gave me very early in life. I got both! Very lovely dresses, and so unique, special and handmade with love! ❤️ I'm planning to buy one for the same sister because it will look fabulous on her and I know she will love it! You may want to size down one on this.

Poet Maxi Dress

I've admired this dress for a while and was inspired by the recent sale to purchase it. The fabric is very pretty, but unfortunately a bit too sheer for me to wear day-to-day, which wasn't evident from the pictures. As I'm unable to return it, I'll be using it as a beach throw-on. I love the ethical practices of this company and have three or four of their dresses, and while pretty, they're all sheer, so that might be it for me.

So comfortable yet classic

I recently wore my Nora Noir Maxi, to a 3 hour long theatre production, in hot and humid Sydney. Some people were more dressed up and some people were more dressed down, but I am sure that I was one of the most comfortable members of the audience!
