Inspired by a vintage silhouette, and crafted with handloom fabric ~ a rare and exclusive sustainably handmade textile in modern times. This intentionally oversized maxi length design in Taupe features a poet-style collar with optional tie, romantic billowy sleeves finished with soft elasticated cuffs, thigh high split on both sides, and pockets at the hip.

Material ~ 100% Handloom Cotton.

The Poet Maxi is designed to be an oversized fit. If you prefer a more fitted style we recommend sizing down.

Garment Care ~ We recommend a gentle, cold water hand wash using natural detergents, and hang drying in the shade. Handcrafted garments are delicate, however, designed to last when treated mindfully with love and care.

Ethically handmade with love in India, The Poet Series serves to support local traditions and the preservation of the ancient artistry of handloom weaving.

This dress is absolutely gorgeous! Such a classy looking dress and so so comfortable. You can wear this dress anywhere and for any type of occasion. I love the slightly thicker material! I am only 5 foot tall so the dress did need to be shortened but that was very easy to do! Incredible job again Daughters of India

Lovely dress

Beautiful quality, a thicker material. I should have size down I think. I’m a size 14-16 and went for the XL but due to the over size nature of the design a L would have been great on my body shape. Love it though. And will be buying from DOI again
