Inspired by a vintage silhouette, this elevated blouse has been crafted with handloom fabric ~ a rare and exclusive sustainably handmade textile in modern times. Featuring a flowing oversized blouse design with a classic poet-style collar and optional tie, romantic billowy sleeves finished with soft elasticated cuffs with sparkling gold lurex and white detailing on a deep sapphire blue base.

Material ~ 100% Handloom Cotton.

The Poet Blouse is designed to be an oversized fit. If you prefer a more fitted style we recommend sizing down.

Garment Care ~ Gentle, cold water hand wash using natural detergents, and hang drying in the shade. Handcrafted garments are delicate, however, designed to last when treated mindfully with love and care.

Ethically handmade with love in India, The Poet Series serves to support local traditions and the preservation of the ancient artistry of handloom weaving.

Our order of hand loomed fabric was distributed throughout an entire village in Southern India, roughly 100 homes worked on piecing the fabric for these garments together, providing employment and supporting the continuance of this tradition that holds an expected life-span of only 10-15 years. The Poet Series styles are destined to become vintage due to the rare exclusivity of hand-loomed fabrics in modern times.

Size down

So glad I read the size guide and decided to size down in this top. It’s become my favourite go to recently and is so romantic looking and feeling on! I usually fit a L and decided to order a M and could even go a size smaller for a slightly more snug fit.

Stunning design

I loved the design and the colors are to die for however I am 170 and a 14dd and i found it rather short I was recommended a size m but went a large the sleeve sizing doesn't match the length and so was a left a little disappointed. I love the design and would love to purchase another however the lack of length (it needs an extra 10cm) will deter me from doing so
